Lunch Duty Sign-Up Form - There are 32 volunteer slots that still need to be filled. Please consider picking up a slot!

Paid Sub-List If using a paid sub you must submit a check payable to Nativity Catholic School for $25.00. On the memo line put "paid sub for MM/DD" Place check in an envelope, ATTN: Mrs. Murphy.

Lunch Duty Details

• Only one parent/guardian is required to volunteer for each date.
• If you are unable to work the day or dates you have been assigned you must either:
  • swap with another family - which means you work their assigned day & they work yours (see student directory for contact information);
    Or
  • contact a paid sub (see Paid Sub-List). If using a paid sub you must submit a check payable to Nativity Catholic School for $25.00. On the memo line put "paid sub for MM/DD" Place check in an envelope, ATTN: Mrs. Murphy.
