The Diocese of Arlington is offering financial aid to all families needing assistance with tuition. This application may be completed online at www.factstuition.com. Contact the school for more details concerning deadlines and application process.

 

 

 

2012-2013 School Year Tuition

Application Fee

• $50.00 per child (one time fee)

Registration Fees

• $100.00 One Child
• $200.00 Per Family (two or more children)

Graduation Fee (8th Grade Students Only)

• $50.00 per child.

Activity Fee (Kindergarten Students Only)

• $50.00 per child.

Instruction Material Fee

• $315.00 per child per year.

Preschool

Preschool Tuition Policies

At the time of registration a non-refundable registration fee of $100 ($125 for a family of 2 or more) will be charged for each student. All tuition payments are non-refundable. There will be a charge of five percent on payments not received by the 10th of the month. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If this occurs a second time, subsequent payments must be made in cash only.

AM and PM Extended Care is available at an additional cost.

2011-2012 Tuition and Other Fee Schedules

The following documentation is necessary for Preschool registration:

• Completed registration form (one for each child)
• Original birth certificate
• Copy of child's baptismal certificate
• Copy of child's Immunization record
• Non-refundable registrtion fee of $100

Extended Care Program

An Extended Care Program is available both before and after school hours. This service is licensed by the State of Virginia and is managed and staffed by competent, caring professionals. This service is available daily during the school year and parents should register for this program apart from school registration. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis. After-school activities include time for play, snack and study in a safe and caring environment.

AM and PM Extended Care is also available for the Preschool and Pre-K classes at an additional cost.

Snow Policy

Extended Care Tuition Information

All tuition fees are due the Tuesday after the week attended. A $10.00 late fee will be assessed for the late payments.

1. A flat weekly fee will be charged.
2. When absent for a week, half tuition is due to hold your child's space.
3. A two-week notification to withdraw your child is required -- otherwise you will be charged for those weeks. Your space is forfeited after the withdrawal.
4. For late pick ups there will be a late charge of $10.00 for every five minutes past 6 p.m. This late payment is due by the following morning. If late more then three times, you will need to consider an alternative pick up plan, or care for your child.
