What is Young Adult Ministry at Nativity?

We’ve been blessed to meet many young adults in the Northern VA area!  YA Ministry includes both single and married people from 21-39 years old. Most importantly, we want to provide a community where you can feel at home at Nativity and grow closer to God with your peers. “Catholic Life Young Adult Ministry,”is a Fairfax-wide group that Nativity organizes. People from different parishes join us for events and it includes everything we do at Nativity in YA ministry. We always advertise what’s going on at Nativity on the “Catholic Life” Facebook page.

Don’t forget that this ministry is for you.  We are always open to suggestions so feel free to reach out to us with any ideas.

New Young Adult Family Ministry…once a month beginning in October*

*new date from previously advertised September date

A new goal for this year…a place where young families from Nativity can meet one another, build community, and grow in faith together.

One Saturday a month, beginning on October 21, from 8:30am-10:30am at Nativity. Come for coffee (because what young parent doesn’t need some of that), social time with other parents, group prayer, and a time to discuss either faith related or parenting topics (for example, sleep problems, behavior in Church, how to pray with your family, etc.). We’ll also have a bin of toys that are age-appropriate for kids under 4 years old.

Interested in sharing ideas and helping with planning? Want to RSVP for 10/21? Email Alison Fram at
