Traditional Choir

The Nativity Traditional Choir (NTC) sings for the 9:00 a.m. Sunday Mass throughout the year, Christmas Eve Midnight Mass with the Christmas Chamber Orchestra, the Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday morning Mass with the Easter Brass Quintet, parish Confirmation Mass, and other special occasions.

Its repertoire consists of sacred music spanning different periods and styles, such as Traditional hymns, Classical & Romantic choral works, as well as Gospel and Contemporary Catholic hymns.

Rehearsals are held on Thursday nights in the Church from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.

The NTC is currently actively seeking new members. Male voices are especially needed. If you have a love for music and a desire to use your musical gift to worship the Lord and enhance the liturgy while praying and singing in harmony with others, you’re welcomed to join us. The choir is open to anyone over the age of 18.

Auditions are currently open for new volunteer cantors. Cantors are called to serve at the 7:30 a.m. and the 9:00 a.m. Masses, on a rotation basis.

Auditions are also currently open for additional volunteer instrumentalists (violin/cello/string bass/flute/oboe/clarinet) for Sunday Masses.
